Domestic shipping within the lower 48 U.S. states typically takes 3–10 business days.

International shipping typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, import requirements, and compliance obligations in the receiving country.

Orders placed through Amazon or other third-party marketplaces must follow the return procedures of the applicable marketplace.

Bulk, OEM, private-label, customized, or special-order products are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nilef.
