Nilef is not responsible for any unlawful, improper, or unauthorized use of its products.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We currently accept major credit cards only. PayPal is not accepted at this time.

For qualified wholesale, bulk, or private label orders, approved ACH or wire transfers may be available upon request.

Nilef reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion. We may also limit order quantities, correct pricing or product errors, and cancel orders affected by inaccurate information, payment issues, suspected fraud, or compliance concerns.

5. Shipping

Domestic shipping within the lower 48 U.S. states typically takes 3–10 business days.

International shipping typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, import requirements, and compliance obligations in the receiving country.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier service, order volume, product availability, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy, available on our website.

Orders placed through Amazon or other third-party marketplaces must follow the return procedures and policies of the applicable marketplace.

Bulk, OEM, private label, customized, or special-order products are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nilef.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, brand names, logos, images, text, graphics, packaging designs, and other materials are the property of Cone Master Inc., Nilef, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, display, sale, or commercial use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cone Master Inc. and Nilef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from your use of this website, purchase of products, shipping delays, product misuse, unlawful use, or inability to use our services.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product involved in the claim.

All products must be kept out of reach of minors.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cone Master Inc., Nilef, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
Your infringement of any third-party rights;
Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by you.

11. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability accurately. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.

Nilef reserves the right to correct any errors, update product information, change prices, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for reference only. Actual product color, packaging, size, or appearance may vary slightly due to production, display settings, or packaging updates.

12. Wholesale, OEM, and Private Label Orders

Wholesale, OEM, private label, customized, or special-order products may be subject to separate pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, payment terms, production requirements, and written agreements.

Custom or private label orders may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nilef.

Products purchased through Amazon or other third-party marketplaces are subject to the policies, procedures, and terms of the applicable marketplace.

Nilef is not responsible for marketplace-specific delays, refunds, return procedures, account issues, or policy decisions made by third-party platforms.
