We source materials from qualified international manufacturers and perform final packaging, quality control, and U.S. distribution through warehouses in New Jersey, Michigan, and California. With production capacity exceeding 20 million cones per month, Nilef ensures consistent fulfillment for Amazon customers, business clients, and bulk buyers via www.nilef.com. Nilef also provides ODM/OEM services, product customization, private-label manufacturing, and wholesale supply programs. Retail purchases can be made through our Amazon storefront, and bulk or business orders can be placed directly on our website. Our U.S.-based team supports all product and order inquiries.
- What is your return policy? Nilef upholds a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Should you need advice on your order, please reach out to us at support@nilef.com, and we'll guide you through your options. To initiate a return, please inform us of the reason, and we'll facilitate the process. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is at your expense using your preferred carrier. Used or altered products are not eligible for returns.
- What is the difference between www.nilef.com and your store on Amazon? Our Amazon store is curated for small orders or individual end customers, catering to their specific needs. In contrast, www.nilef.com is primarily focused on bulk orders sold in case packs, targeting business customers and wholesalers who require larger quantities.
- Do you offer wholesale/reseller/distributor pricing? While Nilef's prices are competitive, we welcome larger or long-term partnership inquiries for further discounts. Contact us at support@nilef.com or complete our WHOLESALE APPLICATION for more details.
- Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO)? We provide Net 30 terms with credit approval but very selectively. Complete our credit application to apply. Government agencies, educational institutions, or state entities can directly contact us at support@nilef.com without an application.
- What are the accepted payment methods? Nilef accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. For other methods like Cashier's check, bank wire, or ACH transfers, please reach out to support@nilef.com).

- Do you provide free shipping? We offer complimentary standard shipping within the lower 48 states. Expedited shipping incurs additional charges. For orders beyond these states, please consult with us at support@nilef.com.
- How do you ship? We operate a few warehouses in New Jersey and Michigan that enable fast delivery across the continental United States, typically within about 3 business days. Shipping methods are selected based on order weight and destination, using carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, or other appropriate partners. Unless otherwise specified, shipping fees are included in your purchase.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes, Nilef provides international shipping options, including Europe and Canada. Contact us at support@nilef.com for tailored solutions through our advanced global logistics network. Delivery Methods: UPS International, FedEx International, DHL International. Standard Delivery: 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs compliance in the receiving country.
- When will I receive my order? Orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days. Delays may occur due to pandemics or other disruptions, but we ensure your order will reach you as swiftly as possible.
- Is sales tax included? Our prices exclude sales tax. For tax exemption, please forward your documentation to support@nilef.com before ordering.
- Do you offer private label services? Absolutely, Nilef prides itself on delivering premier private labeling services. We manage the entire process from production to distribution, guaranteeing top quality and cost-effective solutions. Products are sourced from qualified international manufacturers and distributed from U.S. warehouses. Our headquarters is at 136-31 41st Ave, Ste 5C, Flushing, NY 11355, USA. For logistics and distribution, we maintain warehouses in New Jersey, Michigan to efficiently serve our customers across the country. How is payment data secured? Payment information is encrypted and transmitted using SSL Secure 128-bit or higher technology. All transactions are processed through authorized and compliant gateways such as Amazon, Shopify Payments, Stripe, or equivalent providers if possible.
