Return Policy

At Nilef, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you have any questions about your order or need assistance, please contact us at support@nilef.com.

30-Day Return Policy

Nilef offers a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unaltered
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Used, opened, damaged, altered, or incomplete products are not eligible for return unless the issue was caused by our error or the item arrived defective.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide return instructions, including where to send the package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You may use your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Nilef is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@nilef.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used, opened, or altered products
  • Custom, special-order, or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us directly so we can help arrange the appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Orders placed through Amazon must follow Amazon’s return policies.
